Woe to the Cities, Hope for the Weary
Matthew 11:20-30
After traveling throughout the cities of His home country of Galilee, Jesus has a sobering message for them – their spiritual state is actually worse that the pagan cities of Sodom and Tyre! While we don’t have the privilege of meeting Jesus in the flesh, we might also take for granted the blessings of the teaching and fellowship we enjoy. Hal opens up this serious matter, but continues with Jesus’ comforting invitation to the “weary and heavy-laden” among us.
